If you enjoy spotty internet and no pool, then this is your paradise! The front office felt more like a bunker than a welcome center, and despite my expectations for a complimentary gesture, i was treated like just another face in the crowd. Disappointing to say the least. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I loved how close the beach was. It reminded me of I could reach it in just 50 steps. The sounds of the waves crashing while I relaxed in my cozy one-bedroom suite were so soothing. The retro vibe of the hotel reminded me of motels from the 60s, charming. The living room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a dining nook, made meal times enjoyable. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus. It allowed me to prepare snacks and meals easily. The updated décor and seaside color scheme added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. I found the mini-fridge to be on the smaller side-a bit of a challenge for keeping everything cool . I wished the bathroom had outlets for using my hairdryer and flat iron. It was inconvenient to set up in the bedroom. The tile floor in the living area was quite slippery when wet, so I had to be careful, especially during rainy weather. Despite a couple of inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant, and the friendly owners were great.

Large rooms, and very clean. Well appointed kitchen with stove, frig, microwave. A short walk put us on the beach.
The room was closest to the main road and therefore we could not hear the sea. The owners do not let you open the windows. The shower was very dated, and slow to drain. The mattress sloped to the middle.

Conveniently located on my trip to the east coast of FLA, as I was coming from VERO to JAX area. Liked the ocean location, and the simplicity of the place. It is small ---- only 8 unis, which is just fine. The internet worked fine. The hostess (Kryistina) was very pleasant and accommodating.
Nothing. I was there only for 2 NTs, and 1 full day.

Rooms are a bit dated and furnishings could use updates,, affecting overall comfort.

Very good location right next to the Beach. This is a motel type property and therefore not the height of luxury. However, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Defintely at the better end of motels. Would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Quiet retreat on the beach. The owners are very friendly. Our room was hospital clean & the grounds are well maintained. Free parking. Fully stocked kitchen, cable tv & wifi available. Grocery store, WALMART, gas station & car wash close by. Friendly breakfast, lunch & dinner diner across the street.

Beautiful beach views with unique wildlife experiences.
The kitchenettes needed more dishes and utensils. I was also disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The availability of staff was limited, especially during check-in hours.

It was really reasonably for the location. The price was not high and we were right on the ocean, the owners were really nice and helpful in every way. We stayed for two days and were wishing we had more time to stay. There was no pool but the ocean was just feet away which was really nice. All one story rooms or little apaertments really, that menat we did not have to carry a bunch of stuff down an elevator and through a hotel to get to the beach. The inside of the room was very clean and equipted with every thing you needed in the kitchen down to the silver ware so we did not have to spend time going out to eat for every meal. We went tot he grocery and fixed meals there, that was a cost saver also. We will be back for a long stay next time for sure... Thank you
The out side of the buildings could probably use a paint job and /or pressure washing but that was it really. The rest was great!!!!

Wicked awesome spot! The beach was right outta my door-was like paradise. The cozy one-bedroom with a kitchenette was a game-changer for late-night snacks. The staff were super chill and friendly, always around to help. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but honestly, didn't ruin my good vibes at all!
